Opening Ceremony: Sgt/Arms Bill Kiernan opened the meeting at 1850 and opening prayer was given by Chaplain Mike Harnish. 15 Detachment Members and one guest was present.
Roll Call of Officers: Cmdt Dumont was excused. Sr Vice Cmdt Mark Lindsley filled in for the Cmdt for the meeting. [Jr Vice Cmdt Winters arrived late] All others present.
Applications for Membership: Marine Kevin Partington was unanimously voted in as a Member; Adj Bryan Westover verified his DD 214; Sr Vice Cmdt Lindsley swore him in.
Minutes from Previous Meeting – 3/7/19 Minutes: Minutes were distributed and reviewed by the membership. Motion made to accept the minutes as presented by Kiernan, seconded by Liz Shaw; there was no discussion; motion passed unanimously.
Correspondence:
-Lone Survivor Foundation information and Department Scholarship info was shared.
Paymaster Report: Report was distributed and reviewed. Motion made to accept the report as presented by Judge Advocate Reggie LaClair, duly seconded by Liz Shaw. There was no discussion; motion passed unanimously. There were no claims for reimbursement.
Sick and In Distress: Charlie Frey’s girlfriend is in the hospital, and Carol briefed us on Roland McLaren’s medical treatment.

Armorer – M-1 Repair Status: Lindsley reported that he is repairing the stocks and that he needs to replace the leather slings at around $15 each.
Department of NH new Officers elected: Cmdt: Bruce Katz, Sr Vice Cmdt: John Jenkins, Jr Vice Cmdt Mark Lindsley, Judge Adv: Bryan Westover.

– June 20-22 (Thurs-Sat) Concord Market Days: Need to reserve dunk tank for Friday morning – Westover to make the reservation.
– Aug 10 (Sat) Annual Poolee Picnic: Need to reserve park. Ask Sunny Ashburn to reserve the park in Franklin.

-Color Guard for Quad State Convention: Volunteers form up at 0845 for the Fallen Comrade Service outside the hotel.
