Good turnout on this COLD night. 16 members enjoyed a meal of Pull Pork, salad & dessert.
Sgt/at Arms opened the meeting at 19:00 hrs.
The Chaplain gave the opening prayer.
Roll Call of Officers: Â All present.
Cmdt. Lindsley swore in Mike Harnish as our newest member.
Report of Officers:
- Jr/V passed out recruitment cards along with the new posters.
- Jr/V report on recruitment tent at Hopkinton State Fair, Motioned and carried by the body.
- Jr/V also talked about the working B. Westover to find out what the League can do at the Bow Parade.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved by voice vote. Motion by DeCorse, 2nd by Opett.
Banking report was read and approved by voice vote. Motion by Hachez 2nd by Dumont.
Sick & Distressed: Discussion was held about the passing of Al Plourde.
Good of the League: List of up-coming events was read by Adjutant Shea.
Kudos to Carol for another great meal. Cody will do April meal and Dupett will do desert.
Carol turned the meal money into the Detachment and Joe Spataro turned his 50/50 winnings back also. Big thanks to both of them.
There being no other business the Sgt/Arms closed the meeting till April 7th.
