- Roll Call of Officers:
- All present…Still looking for a Sgt/at/Arms.
- Cmdt. Lindsley swore in Bud Darling as our newest Associate Member.
- Report of Officers:
- Adj/Pay J. Shea reported that the Books of the Paymaster were inspected by Board members Hachez and Dumont as required by our By-Laws.
- Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved by voice vote.
- Banking report was read and approved by voice vote.
- Sick & Distressed:
- Chaplain to send out card to John Sweeney who is going in for Hip Surgery.
- Information for the Main Quad State was presented.
- Motion to go forward with the Rose Program was defeated.
- Motion to end the evening meal was defeated.
- Good of the League:
- George Noel was presented a Certificate of Appreciation for his years serving as Detachment Chaplain.
- Cmdt. Lindsley thanked Gary Gahant for the meal and others for the fine deserts.
- Cody Dumont will do the February Meal & Donna will do Desert.
- There being no other business the Cmdt. closed the meeting at 20/20.
