- Officer’s report:
- Cmdt. Lindsley gave a short report on the National Convention. Also reported on the meeting with the Bow Slectmen. Decision pending on our request to continue out meetings at the town Hall.
- Adjutant Shea requested he be allowed to use the Detachment’s Bank account to raise money for the “Marine Raiders’ Monument”. Motion was passed unanimously.
- Jr/V Dumont opened a discussion about what to do at Bob Gallagher’s Wake. It was decided that we motor pool to Manchester, meeting at the Park&Ride at the end of RT#89.
- Sick & Distressed:
- Al Plourde, George Noel. Fred Osgood, Jacque Hachez.
- Correspondence:
- Request from the Concord Holiday Parade committee. Tabled till next month.
- New Business:
- The Oct. meeting will open the nominations for the 2016 Det. Officers, with elections in November and Installation in December.
- The Detachment awarded Jr/ V Dumont the Ind. Merit award based on his work over the past several months. Cody will take over the Det. Web Sgt. position as National continues to rebuild.
- A total of $54 was raised from the evening meal and the 50/50. A big thanks to Linda and Cody.
- Good of the League:
- Upcoming events were passed by the Cmdt. who, by the way is Pound’#159 newest PDD. OOOrah!
