- The Sgt/Arms opened the meeting at 19:00 hrs. The opening prayer was given by Bill Kiernan in the absent of chaplain Noel.
- Roll Call of Officers: Chaplain Noel out on sick call.
- Minutes of the 8 February meeting were passed by voice vote. Motion by Kiernan 2nd by Liz Shaw.
- The paymaster’s report was passed by voice vote. Motion by Dumont, 2nd by Hachez.
- Paymaster motioned that Cody be reimbursed for Certificate frames, Passed.
- Officer’s Reports:
- Report on Funeral Detail, Report on Recruitments cards. Det. voted to buy 100 cards, 50/50.
- Correspondence: Information on Walk for meals on wheels.
- Sick & Distressed: Noel, Gallagher, Osgood, McLaren. Lindsley.
- Old Business:
- Penacook Yard Sale update. Bow roadside cleanup updated.
- New Business :
- The annual June picnic was discussed.
- Concord Memorial Day Information was passed.
- Need to hear from Westover as to Bow’s Parade & Cemetery flag placement.
- Mark will do May Meal, Liz will do Desert.
- Good of the League:
- 50/50 was won by Bill Shaw who turned it back to the Detachment. Thank you Bill.
- A big OOOrah to Carrol & Donna for another great meal. a portion of the proceeds was donated back to the Detachment.
